South East Queensland

Our leading project in Queensland is a private hospital in development with specialties in emergency medicine, cardiovascular, neurosurgery, orthopaedics, obstetrics and paediatrics. Design of the hospital incorporates a clinical school and ideal purpose built areas to accept admissions and inter-facility transfers by helicopter.

The hospital will be the first of this type in Australia with enhanced capacity in casualty management and is intended as a model for inclusion in a national network of critical care hospitals.

University Hospitals

AVMED has entered into an agreement with a Sydney hospital to co-operate in the development of university hospitals and clinical schools to be established both in Australia and overseas. Courses and facilities offered or supported will include pre-hospital care (paramedic) and nursing, medicine and post-graduate medical education.
