The Heart of AVMED Business is the development and financing of private hospitals including University Hospitals and clinical schools, research centers, and support for medical education.

AVMED policy requires the promotion and incorporation of Emergency Medical capability and EM related specialties to be developed for a national network of new hospitals, and for hospital projects overseas. Accordingly, projects meeting this policy and standard may qualify to attract priority funding.

AVMED is active in the development of advanced hospitals, university hospitals, clinical schools and post graduate training of health care professionals, and support of medical education and research.

AVMED also consults in acquisition, design, development, financing and the operation of EMS (helicopter capable) hospitals and Emergency Medical Services and facilities.

The EMS services will include helicopter rescue and intensive care helicopters, for retrievals and inter-facility transfer of patients.
